Qigong is a huge constellation of body, mind, spirit practices that offers a way to enrich sister practices like yoga, prayer, and meditation, or a deep personal practice on its own. These sessions will cover a simple yet deep qigong set from the Hunyuan lineage, and several additional practices that can assist in integrating and deepening any transformational work.
This workshop will cover a 12 movement Qigong series taught by Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang, and introduced to David by Dr. Yang Yang. These practices are easy to follow, but have great depth. We will also look at qigong standing and walking practice, and spend some time with more general principles for working with energy, and how they might apply to other body mind spirit disciplines.
Beginners are welcome, and no experience is necessary.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing and walking shoes.*
